The chart illustrates the reasons why drink-driving, a big social headache, remains a grave problem. 70.0% of the respondents think drink-drivers take a chance on not being caught by the police, while 69.8% believe drink-drivers are not severely punished. Low security consciousness and legal awareness among the public account for 64.1%. Moreover, it is of utmost necessity that penalties be increased for drink-driving and the law enforcement be strengthened.
A car is a weapon when used irresponsibly. Only when citizens increase their sense of responsibility or level of morality and there are adequate penalties and law enforcement can drink-driving be safely prevented.

The pie chart shows the time distribution of different activities pupils do on summer holidays every week. As we can see, besides sleeping and having meals, pupils spend most of their time taking training classes and doing homework, while recreational activities like watching TV, outdoors activities and extra-curricular reading only take up 11% of their time!
This chart reveals one of the negative influences today’s exam-oriented education system has on children—the utter imbalance between study and leisure activities, which do more harm than good to children. To be specific, long school hours, excessive homework and various training classes may knock children out, depriving them of the time and energy to learn about the world around them and develop their own interests.
