Secondly, working with foreign staff can make me keep in touch with cross-culture, because people from different backgrounds and cultures appeal to me a lot. Thirdly, working in an international environment represents the exchange of different ideas and logics. We can communicate with each other proactively so that those ideas can expand our horizons.
4. Is it good to be a friend with your colleagues?
I think it will not impact our work when I become friends with my colleagues-Firstly, to be friends with my colleagues can make teamwork much more successful. We are willing to help and support each other. Secondly, people will spend a lot of time in daily work. If we can be friends to each other, then the working area may be more friendly and suitable for people’s moods.

They will show great loyalty and stay with the company whatever difficulties they are facing. Thirdly, well-motivated staff can build a more co-operative atmosphere and positive cycle, because everybody is driven to bring out their best in such an environment.
