As for me, it is very important to employ staff. Also, employing staff can bring a company more new blood. Lastly, through recruiting new members, people can share new knowledge, culture background and fresh ideas with each other.
4. Do you prefer a modern building or an old one?
I’m more fascinated to old and historic buildings. First of all, old buildings can be more traditional with beautiful ancient patterns and paintings. They are the eye-witnesses to their history. Secondly, these buildings are rare in modem world and thus priceless. You can never see such a building again if it is destroyed. Thirdly, old buildings represent the specific eras. We can understand the culture and life of former days.
