B: With our experience, we think the consumers are not struggling with how to pay. It’s not about another payment option or payment way, be it NFC or a QR code or other different methods to make payments. It’s more about how they can use mobile app technology to find information relevant to them such as discounts, benefits, and interact with others in a much more convenient way. That’s why when we are developing a mobile wallet or a mobile solution, it’s more like the total solution to a lifestyle. That’s what mobile payment solution providers need to consider when it comes to addressing consumer demand.

B: In fact, the mobile payment in the East has been taken off rapidly in the past years, especially in China. During the biggest online shopping festival last year, over 50% of the transactions took place on mobile devices. This shows the Chinese are really savvy about mobile payment. Plus, in the past few years, there is a very big trend in China to use mobile wallets in the physical store as well. Now, there are hundreds of thousands of restaurants, tens of thousands of supermarkets and convenience stores accepting Alipay. This is quite different from what we see in the West.

B: I would say the wallets are very attractive. Millennials grow up with mobile phones. They do everything with their phones, and they interact with their friends on mobile phones. Everything is going mobile, especially for this younger generation. In China, there are lots of young people using mobile payment as well, so I think mobile wallets will only be more and more popular as we move ahead.

B:Actually, many people have studied this issue before. Scientists have looked particularly at its effects on human emotions and relationships. Some studies show that having too much attachment to social media can cause depression. Others suggest that it can negatively affect our relationships. We can look into the two sides of this coin today.

B: You are absolutely right. Social media can help us make new friends and these are friends we would not have met through any other ways. For example, imagine you have a very particular interest, like digging the science of soil. Usually, you wouldn’t meet very many people who are also crazy about soil. But through social media, you can easily find people all over the world who share your passion in soil science.

A:没错。

B: Is it because we are only exposed to the \\

B: In recent years, everyone is raving about the combination of online
