In truth, China is greatly influenced by international trade. It boosts China’s economy to a large extent, and helps the central bank to accumulate as many foreign exchange reserves as possible, so as to cope with national emergencies. Moreover, export development can expand domestic employment opportunities and raise the foreign capital. Last but not least, international trade will optimize the allocation of resources in China.
2. How can one be confident in a job interview?
In order to be confident in a job interview, first, one should get fully prepared before the interview. I mean that we should make thorough examinations of the vacancy available, and be fully equipped with professional knowledge. Only by this way can we impress the interviewers. Another important thing to keep in mind is to dress decently, since doing so will give oneself a positive psychological hint. Lastly, take it easy. Anyway, to fail in a job interview is not the end of your career life.
3. What do you think are the drawbacks of self-employment for university graduates?
In my point of view, there are mainly two drawbacks of self-employment for university graduates. In the first place, as graduated students, they are lacking in market and social experience. Generally speaking, they won’t allow for the market demands but to develop and research their products all the time. In addition, graduates are weak in comprehensive qualities, thus they cannot get proficient overnight in dealing with many aspects of some practical business issues such as investment, market research, management and so on, and the resuIt is that they are more likely to suffer loss in their process of self-emplovment.
4. What do you think of the telephone interview?
We know that HR won’t interview candidates one by one when confronted with many a resume, so HR will first interview people by telephone. Different from the traditional face-to-face interview, I think, the telephone interview will be able to save a great deal of time and money, which is particularly useful and flexible for both job seekers and companies. Meanwhile, HR can take advantage of this chance to test applicants’ presentation skills and the ability to play by ear.
