1. Which business can be the most popular in China?
I think, the industry of cosmetic surgery will become the most popular business in China. In recent years, an increasing number of people, young girls in particular, have taken micro-plastic surgery such as injection of hyaluronic acid, BOTOX, and so on. To be beautiful is the birthright of everybody, and cosmetic surgery is an effective measure in helping people become more confident in the workplace or on campus, thus medical plastic surgery technology has been developed rapidly, which is all the rage today.
2. What do you think is a good superior?
In my opinion, a good superior should have a great personal charisma, so the subordinates all regard him as a competent leader with authority. At the same time he should be also modest and kind enough to identify with his team staff. And a good superior, I think, can give his employees strategies to pull their attitude out of funk when they are in trouble. If possible, he should try his best to meet these reasonable requests from his subordinates, such as their needs for messing allowance, heaIth insurance and so on.
3. Is there any particular position in the company you like?
I want to be an after-sale manager because I am an outgoing person with a desire to try my best to figure out the problems from customers after sale. And I can learn the communication skills from my work, therefore the position is really attractive for me. Of course, I have to say, I’m interested in communicating with different people, which can be treated as an important step of self-enhancement. Thus, I particularly like the position as an after-sale manager in my company.
4. What is the role of a business school for career development?
Generally speaking, a business school does occupy an important position in our career development. First, a business school allows us to acquire more knowledge concerning business management, laying a solid foundation for our business life. Second, we can adapt to the fierce competition in the job market, because business school life does more good to our operational capability. Third, it’s really a good way to broaden our horizon by reading and learning on campus, and the insight we gained from this experience can be handled skillfully in the future.
