Judging from this picture we can see the boss is very contemptuous of the girl who is reporting for duty. He thinks she can’t be competent for her job. Should men and women be equal? This is a question much talked about by people. Some people hold the opinion that men are superior to women in many ways, just as what the boss says in the picture. I think men and women are born equal. And women are certainly as talented as men if they are given equal opportunities. They should be equal in all aspects of life since they are playing an equally important role in society. And it is their right as well as their duty to work. So the boss in the picture should not judge one’s competence by the difference of sex.
