Definitely, I’m able to gain experience and obtain relevant skills that I may not have chance to learn in my home country. On top of that, this experience may equip me with potential to succeed in global marketing environment.
Could you tell me whether companies should offer training to employees?
Well, training is beneficial to productivity and effectiveness of employees, and powerful companies offering training may gain much profit in return. But, on the other hand, training costs relatively much money and time. Employees participate in training courses by sacrificing personal spare time or working time, which means additional energy will be devoted. So companies should establish training courses according to their own specific situation, and appropriately coordinate potential problems.
Could you tell me whether you prefer working in a team?
I’m fond of working in a team, coz it’s a good opportunity to communicate and share views with other people. Thus I can collect information from diversified perspectives and enrich my own knowledge. Besides, I could make friends during this teamwork. That’s pretty much it.
