Report on customers’ complaints
Introduction
This report sets out to analyze the reasons of customers’ complains presented in 2002.
Findings
The customers’ complaints that the company had received in January was 300 and then
rose to 540 due to an unexpected computer system breakdown. After order system had
been introduced, the complaints received in March declined to 230.
Several reasons were found and evaluated.
Firstly, wrong delivery contributed to 16%, which tended to be fewer in March.
Secondly, the time spent on delivery resulted in customers’ complaints. Company decided
to hire more staff to solve this problem.
Thirdly, customers claimed that they felt unsatisfactory about product quality. New quality
control system is being implemented.
Conclusion
The company is making efforts to improve their products satisfaction.
