初试
1.In this part, the interlocutor asks questions to each of the candidates in turn. You have to give information about yourself and express personal opinions.
1. Are opportunities for promotion important for you?
Well, in fact, the opportunities for career promotion are important for everyone. No one would prefer to stay in one position for the whole life. Certainly I’m no exception. But what’s equally important to me is the kind of job satisfaction I can derive from my work. One might say that career promotion does contribute a lot to one’s job satisfaction, but as I see it, there are many other things that also contribute a lot to one’s job satisfaction, for example, harmonious inter-personal relationship, recognition from co-workers or line managers, and so on.
2. What is more important to you: social status or money?
Well, you’ve indeed asked a difficult question. If I have the freedom to choose, I’d choose none of them as anything most important to me. In fact, as I see it, neither social status nor money should become a person’s life goal. As Maslow’s hierarchy of needs indicates, money and social status cater to the lower level of human needs, while self-fulfillment needs constitute the highest level of human needs.

They listen to different points of view and talk openly and honestly within the team. When some of them are under pressure, others offer help.
4. What are the factors to consider when choosing a city to live in?
In my opinion, when choosing a city to live in, a number of factors will have to be considered, for example, weather, living environment, housing price, job opportunities, and so on. As a college graduate, I think the most important factors to consider are the job opportunities and the favorable policies of the local government concerning the placement of graduates.
5. Do you think that company staff should wear uniforms?
