1. What do you think of telephone sales?

Actually, in China, telephone sales is not accepted by the public and is not a popular method of selling products, but in the western world it is a different picture. Well, as a Chinese, I don’t feel like this is a good method, since making a phone call to a customer’s home directly will allow the customer to feel annoying, which might be inconvenient for customers under certain circumstances. In addition, traditionally, rnost of Chinese customers treat telephone sales as cheating.

3. When you go shopping, which will be more valued, brand or price? When I go shopping, what I really concern about is the price, because I am still a student, and I could survive with financial support from my parents. So I have to save money as possible as I can in order to reduce my parents’ burden. Plus, I think pursuing famous brands blindly is meaningless for students though the brands show people’s social status.

4. How do you make your company’s website more attractive?

Well, in order to make the company’s website more attractive, we should design the format and categorise the information in a more logical and ordered way so that people could extract useful information efficiently. And we can also resort to vivid and colorful pictures to draw site visitors’ attention, enabling them to be familiar with our products.
