I personally think that taking a job that requires a lot of traveling is a good thing and there are several reasons for that. I can meet many people, I can learn new things, and I can raise my profile.
The first reason is that I can meet many people. If I work in the same location all of the time, I will always see the same people every day. However, if I travel around, then I can meet lots of new people. For example, my father is a salesman for a large company. He always has to travel around the world and he gets to meet people from many countries. He tells me that people from different countries are very different from each other. He thinks that it is very interesting to meet and talk to them.
The second reason is that I can learn new things. If I stay in the same office, I only learn our way of doing things. If I stay in my city, I only see our way of doing things, too. However, if I travel to another city or work in another office, I can see new and different ways of doing things. I can then take these ideas back to my office and we can use them, too.
The final reason is that I can raise my profile. If I work in my office only, then only my colleagues know about me, my abilities, and my skills. However, if I travel around the country or overseas, then other people will also begin to recognize my talents. This might mean that new career opportunities become available to me, and I might get head-hunted.
Overall, I think that a job that requires traveling is good. I have opportunities to become acquainted with people from different regions and become familiar with different ways of working. In addition, many people will get to know more about my abilities.

I think that a good supervisor needs many qualities and I will focus on three points in this essay. A good supervisor needs a sense of fairness, the respect of his or her subordinates, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
The first quality that I feel important is a sense of fairness. A supervisor needs to treat all employees equally and without favor. I once worked at a company where the supervisor gave her friends all of the nice jobs and gave jobs that were not so interesting to people that she didn’t like. It is this kind of bias that discourages workers, so I feel that a supervisor should always treat everyone fairly.
Secondly, a supervisor should gain the respect of his or her subordinates. When subordinates trust their supervisor, they can work to his or her full potential as they know he or she will be a constant source of support should any problem arise. As I
